Orders, Shipping & Returns
My Order
If the item you have ordered is out of stock, you will automatically receive a refund for that item. The rest of your order will be sent.
Please contact us asap at hello@keune.com.au with details of your order & change and we will endeavour to see if we are able to amend your order.
However if the order has already been processed & dispatched, we do apologise that we are unable to make any changes.
Shipping
- Free shipping for all orders over $100
- $5 shipping for all order less than $100
Orders are usually dispatched by the following day. Depending on your location, average delivery time is usually around 1-3 days.
Northern Territory shipping is by road transport only and can take up to 2 weeks.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number (or also known as a consignment number), this will allow you to follow the delivery progress of your order
We have a number of freight partners across Australia. Who delivers your order will depend on the area that your delivery is going to.
Our estimated delivery timelines are based on normal business days and hours. Please check your tracking link for most update to date information.
If your order is being sent to your home, please check around your property as the delivery driver may have left it somewhere safe. If your order is being sent to your work, please check with reception or your mail room to see if it has arrived.
Returns
You can receive a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've purchased. We offer a 30-day return policy from date of purchase.
To ensure your return is as simple and as quick as possible please contact us at hello@keune.com.au prior to sending your goods back.
Some items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to brushes and combs. We are also unable to accept returns for discontinued items.
If you change your mind, products must be returned in brand new condition. This means they need to be unopened, unused and are in their original condition. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind.
If you have a damaged or incorrect/ missing item within your parcel -
1. Take a photo and contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@keune.com.au
2. Please do not throw the item away, otherwise we may not be able to assist.
If you receive your order and it has visible signs of leakage and damage, we recommend that you that a photo immediately.
If you are able to, please take a photo and refuse to accept the parcel from the freight forwarder. Please send us a copy of the photo in your email.

1. Contact us with your order details and let us know the items you are returning.
2. Repackage your product securely to make sure it arrives back to us safely. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
3. Once we receive your return it will be processed within 4 business days of receipt. We'll email you once the process is complete.
